As a front-end developer, I enjoy transforming designs into well-crafted web applications. My goal is to build websites with engaging user experiences, smooth animations and high performance.
I am also eager to learn new technologies. Here are a few technologies that I'm experienced with:
- Git & GitHub
Student Front-End Developer @ UBS
Dec 2020 ~ Jan 2021// Corporate-sponsored Project
- Collaborated closely with the back-end student team to create a web app prototype that uses machine learning to predict which FinTech startups in the last decade are likely to become successful
- Designed the user interface using Figma and implemented it using React and Material UI
- Added interactive data visualization graphs using D3.js and developed simple web APIs using Python (Flask)
Beautify your Windows Terminal with custom color scheme, Nerd Font, Oh My Posh, and winfetch.
Learn how to install Babel plugins without ejecting your Create React App.
Color Contrast Checker
A responsive web app that checks the contrast ratio of your color design based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Features include built-in color picker, parsing multiple color formats, and saving colors to local storage.
- React TypeScript
- Styled Components
US Mass Shooting Visualization
An interactive dashboard for visualizing US mass shooting data from 1966~2017. It's best viewed on desktop.
I collaborated with 3 other students when creating this dashboard since it's the final project for a data visualization course. This project ranked first among 18 student groups.
- Material UI
First iteration of my personal website. The website design is almost the same as v2, except v2 improves on the design and accessibility.
